We reserve the right to cancel the course.
The course is run subject to minimum numbers.
If the course is cancelled, you will be refunded the registration cost (only) in full.
We recommend you consider travel insurance for flights and accommodation in case of course disruptions or cancellations.
If you are unable to attend the course, please cancel your registration.
Cancellation of your registration up to 30 days prior to the course date will incur a $50 administration fee.
Cost of registration will not be refunded for cancellation of registration within 30 days of the course date.
We understand that sometimes the unavoidable happens and people can't attend a course due to illness, a family situation, or other last-minute reasons. In this case, we give you the option to find a suitable health professional to take your place on the course. Let us know their contact details (name, email, mobile number) so we can transfer your enrolment to them, and you sort out payment with them. The course Terms & Conditions apply to your replacement as well.
It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they have current physiotherapy registration within the country, state or territory in which the course is located.
All course participants should hold current Personal and Professional Liability Insurance, as this course includes practical components.
